Paramedic Refresher Course

Course lasts up to 48 hours

The National EMT-Paramedic certification expires after two years, so professionals need to plan ahead to meet the refresher course requirement.

The first option, a traditional refresher course, is a 48-hour portion that meets national standards for Department of Transportation approval. Students review:

  • Emergency and disaster management
  • Life support
  • Patient assessment and more.

The course can be completed either onsite at our training center or as part of the course online with scheduled in-person training session. As an alternative to a traditional refresher course, EMT-Paramedic's have the option to complete 48 hours of continuing education hours in specified topics, such as:

  • Obstetrics
  • Infants and children
  • Patient assessment
  • Medical
  • Cardiac and Behavior
  • Preparatory
  • Airway
  • Trauma

We offer our Paramedic Refresher Course across Southern Indiana and Kentucky. Get in touch with our team about scheduling and enrollment.
